  • A car spray booth equipment

A car spray booth is a type of equipment used in the automotive industry for painting vehicles and parts. It is designed to provide a controlled environment for painting that ensures the quality of the paint job and protects the painter from harmful fumes and chemicals. There are different types of car spray booths available in the market, such as bench spray paint booths, dry filter spray booths, crossdraft booths, downdraft booths, water wash spray booths, non-recovery powder booths, recovery powder booths, drying rooms, drying enclosures, exhaust chambers and prep stations.

The use of automotive spray booths has several benefits. It helps to reduce the amount of overspray that occurs during painting, which can save time and money by reducing the need for touch-ups and rework. It also helps to protect the environment by reducing the amount of paint that is released into the air.

There are several customer use cases for car spray booths. For example, a car dealership may use a car spray booth to paint new vehicles before they are sold. An auto body shop may use a spray booth to repair damaged vehicles. A custom car builder may use a car spray booth to paint unique designs on vehicles.

  • Why paint your car in a spray paint booth oven

    1. Ideal environment for automotive painting

The car paint oven has 2 operating phases. The first phase is the painting phase, where the temperature is 25°C, which is the ideal temperature for painting the parts and the second phase, which is the drying phase, where the temperature increases to 65°C, drying the painted parts, giving them greater shine and hardness.

    2. Ideal lighting

The automotive paint booth generates ideal lighting due to its fluorescent lights so that the painter does a correct job. That is, confirm that the paint was applied correctly on the part and homogeneously applied the varnish.

    3. Closed environment

As the spray booths are closed enclosure, the work done outside the oven will not affect the quality of the work done inside it and vice versa, the work done inside the oven will not contaminate the personnel or the cars that are inside the workshop.
